As a 33-year Bend resident I’m very familiar with Sounds Fast. Their reputation for quality equipment and professional workmanship is well known. Jamie, the previous owner was a full out audio geek and car enthusiast. I asked Sounds Fast to correct a problem I was having with side and rear cameras. I previously had an RV company in AZ upgrade my radio from the OEM. Afterwards, no passenger airbag seat sensor and multiple radio and other issues. I didn’t go back. I asked a prominent audio dealer in Lake Havasu to correct my radio issues, they couldn’t but charged me for labor. I went to Elite Audio in Las Vegas where they work on some of the most expensive sets of wheels imaginable. They evaluated, charged for an hour labor, then suggested I order a unique harness and they’d get me back in commission. After using eBay to order two different harnesses and adapters, I went back to Elite. They solved one issue but created others. I didn’t look back, instead I called Sounds Fast on my return to Bend. My first experience with Sounds Fast was after years of frustration trying to fix the stereo in our Sprinter van. The system was originally installed by Outside Van in Portland and it never worked right. Speakers would randomly cut in and out, and every once in a while it would sound good, but most of the time it didn’t. Outside Van tried troubleshooting it three different times, including replacing a speaker, but it was never truly fixed. Another stereo shop in Bend looked at it too and couldn’t solve it either. I brought it to Sounds Fast and they figured it out almost immediately. It was a tuning issue. After three years of dealing with it, the stereo finally sounded the way it was supposed to. Huge difference. Two years later I went back to have them upgrade the stereo in my 2015 4Runner Limited. I was used to the sound system in a Lexus GX and was hoping to get close to that level. PURE MELODY. Collins team installed a system for me and it honestly has made my day better everytime I drive. There is nothing more soothing than listening to a well tuned acoustically sound stereo system. Ive had 25+ full stereo systems in the thousands of dollars in my vehicles over the years, none can come close to the sound quality, sharpness, and acoustics this one has, at ALL volumes. I recently went to Sounds Fast to seriously upgrade my TRX’s audio, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was looking for audiophile-grade sound, and the team there steered me towards a Dynaudio Esotar setup paired with a JL Audio 8W7’s and VIX Amps. These guys know their stuff! The Dynaudio speakers are crystal clear, with incredible detail and imaging. I'm hearing things in my music that I never knew were there before. The JL Audio subs add a deep, rich bass that perfectly complements the Dynaudio's clarity. The VIX’s they recommended provides plenty of clean power, ensuring everything sounds its best. The installation was flawless. They took the time to properly tune the system to my car's acoustics, and the difference is night and day. It's like having a concert hall on wheels now. If you're serious about car audio and want the best, I highly recommend talking to Collin and exploring options.

Still love the ceramic tint they installed. Disappointed in the heater/AC not working after they replaced the system at the same time as upgrading the stereo. Wiring seems loose as well as the buttons not working to turn on and off. I will have to pay full price for them to repair what wasn't done right the first time. People who know me know how obsessed I am with my Infiniti g35. So I was extremely upset when another company messed up the re-tint (enough to cause replacement of my rear window). Thankfully, a friend suggested Sounds Fast. They gave me an honest estimate for different levels of tinting and explained the difference. They were patient while I got the rear window replaced and did an AMAZING job when they could finally fix the botched job. I can tell a difference with the ceramic tint they suggested and love the level of tint they did. My ONLY regret is that I didn't come here first!! I loved their integrity and professionalism with quality so much that I decided to have the radio/tape player replaced. This was no easy task as the car is 15 years old.
